We take our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) seriously.
We are striving to be a more sustainable business - always looking for more eco-friendly ways to operate and we are passionate about caring for our people and the environments we operate in. But our work doesn’t stop there, we are also helping our clients shape a successful and sustainable future through a variety of transformation projects.
Our core CSR activities are focused around four of the WHO’s sustainable development goals and we run a variety of initiatives and communications on these to ensure we’re meeting these goals.
Our “Be Green” internal team regularly shares tips and tricks with colleagues on how to lead a sustainable lifestyle as well as constantly searches for the ways to make our firm more environmentally friendly. For example, we are committed to a sustainable strategy of purchasing electronics with longer lifespan that can later be refurbished and donated to charities.
In November 2024, Be Shaping The Future – Performance, Transformation, Digital GmbH was awarded the Bronze Medal by EcoVadis, one of the world's leading providers of sustainability assessments. This award underlines Be's commitment to sustainable business practices and responsible behaviour in all areas of the company.
The bronze medal from EcoVadis is a first milestone on the way to even more sustainable business models. Be will continue to work on optimising its processes in order to perform even better in future assessments and make its contribution to a sustainable economy.
100 new trees for our forests - our contribution to Arbor Day 2025
To mark Arbor Day on 25 April 2025, Be Shaping The Future – Performance, Transformation, Digital GmbH has planted 100 trees in collaboration with the Planet Tree organisation.
With this campaign, we want to actively contribute to the reforestation and protection of our native forests. After all, healthy forests are not only important CO₂ reservoirs, but also habitats for numerous animal and plant species and play a key role in the fight against climate change.
Since 2020, Planet Tree has been working in official partnership with the State Forests of Hesse and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania to reforest damaged forest areas in Germany.
We are delighted to be part of this important work and are taking responsibility for a greener future.

Be Shaping the Future GmbH is a member of respACT – Austrian Business Council for Sustainable Development, the leading corporate platform for sustainable development and corporate social responsibility (CSR) in Austria.

The platform promotes the exchange of knowledge and best practices, supports companies in implementing sustainability strategies, and actively contributes to the achievement of global sustainability goals.
Our membership in respACT underscores our commitment to integrating sustainability, social responsibility, and responsible business practices even more strongly into our business activities and consulting services. This includes, in particular:
